Was reading around (way too much time to waste) and I found some really interesting stuff - there actually is a Chinese community in Calcutta, it's the biggest in India, and there are something like 30 000 community members. I did some google image searching and came up with this - a little chinese girl, celebrating Chinese NY, in Calcutta.

I thought it was pretty interesting.

Yeah, its pretty cool...I once served a chinese family at Target (back in my retail days) and much to my surprise they spoke English with an Indian accent...then even more suprising, they spoke fluent Bengali!! But yes, I have seen lots of Chinese people in Calcutta...I think they r renouned for havign good shoe shops...lol...
